This video has been a long time coming. Ever since I tried Chef Chloe Coscarelli‘s spinach-artichoke dip from her vegan cookbook “Chloe’s Kitchen,” I’ve been hooked. The recipe calls for simple, fresh and healthy ingredients, but the finished dish is decadent, flavorful, and truly addictive. With the holidays just around the corner, I had to share this with you so you can make something that will surely beg the question: “how is that vegan?!”
